（一）居留許可
(Ⅰ)Work permit in China
1.在中國高校獲得碩士及以上學(xué)位的優(yōu)秀外國留學(xué)生在海南就業(yè)，給予發(fā)放工作許可。
Excellent foreign students who have obtained a master’s degree or above in domestic colleges or universities and are employed in Hainan can get work permits.
2.在中國境內(nèi)“雙一流”建設(shè)大學(xué)獲得學(xué)士及以上學(xué)位的優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)外國留學(xué)生，所學(xué)專業(yè)與擬聘工作崗位匹配的，可視情免除其相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷要求，允許其在海南直接申請外國人來華工作許可。
2.Excellent foreign graduates of the current year who have obtained a bachelor’s degree or above in a “Double-First Class” university in China, whose majors match the job description can apply for work permits without having work experience.
3.旅游服務(wù)、熱帶農(nóng)業(yè)、新型醫(yī)療等領(lǐng)域的外籍技術(shù)技能人員在海南工作，可按規(guī)定獲得外國人工作許可。
3.Foreign technical personnel in the field of tourism services, tropical agriculture, new medicine and other similar fields who work in Hainan, can obtain work permits as required.
（二）實(shí)習(xí)
（II）Internship
在境外高等院校學(xué)習(xí)的外國學(xué)生到海南星級酒店、醫(yī)院、國際學(xué)校等單位定期實(shí)習(xí)，憑相關(guān)單位邀請函件、外國高校在讀證明等材料，可申請相關(guān)簽證進(jìn)行實(shí)習(xí)。
Foreign students studying in overseas colleges and universities and getting an internship in high-end hotels, hospitals and international schools in Hainan can apply for relevant visa with the invitation letters from relevant units and the education certificate of a foreign university.
（三）兼職工作
（Ⅲ）Part-time Job
外籍高層次人才經(jīng)工作單位和兼職單位同意，可在海南兼職工作。
Foreign high-level talents can work part-time in Hainan with the consent of their employer and part-time employer.
（四）全職工作
（Ⅳ）Full-time Job
1.外籍人才可按規(guī)定參加海南事業(yè)單位公開招聘。
