趙立堅(jiān)：中國(guó)政府自3月28日起暫時(shí)停止絕大部分外國(guó)人持當(dāng)時(shí)有效來(lái)華簽證和居留許可入境，但同時(shí)對(duì)來(lái)華從事必要經(jīng)貿(mào)、科技等活動(dòng)，以及出于緊急人道主義需要的外國(guó)人積極提供簽證便利。近來(lái)，隨著多國(guó)疫情得到控制，人員交往需求增加。為此，中方正在逐步有序放開(kāi)復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)和其他各類必要來(lái)華人員的簽證。需要說(shuō)明的是，對(duì)這些人員中持有效簽證或居留許可需要重新辦理簽證的，中國(guó)駐外使領(lǐng)館一律免費(fèi)辦理。
